Half Moon Music Festival raises £6,050

The 7th annual Summer Music Festival at The Half Moon was another resounding success, with 16 bands delighting audiences over 4 days and raising an impressive £6,050 for The Rosemary Foundation.

The festival kicked off with a spectacular night of musical theatre by CCADS. The following night featured the soulful and upbeat tunes of Rehab Blues and Remedy, bringing some of the finest blues and ska music to the garden. A very hot and sunny Friday night saw our largest-ever crowd enjoy performances by Bluestone Bills, Mea Culpa, May Contain Nuts, and an astounding set by boy band tribute act Legends, creating an unforgettable party atmosphere.

Saturday afternoon was filled with beautiful acoustic sets from Oli Patient with Alex Renny, Cascade, Fleur Ash, and Chloe & Tom, culminating in a lively party set from The Boost Button. The evening continued with electrifying performances of original and classic rock from Different Place, Rescue Mission, Dreamweaver, and Slipped Disc.

Organisers Chris Pellett and Robert Ingram expressed their delight at the incredible generosity of the performers and volunteers, whose efforts made the festival possible and helped raise such a significant sum while keeping ticket prices low to ensure accessibility for everyone.

Check out some pictures of the festival. We look forward to announcing plans for the 2025 Festival in the coming months!
