'Petersfield Fashion & Hair - Live' raises £2,750
In a vibrant display of style and glamour, the auditorium at Churcher’s College was transformed into a hub of fashion and style on Thursday 4th April, as the 'Petersfield Fashion & Hair - Live' show took centre stage in a fundraiser for The Rosemary Foundation which provides invaluable hospice at home services to the local community. With a bustling audience eager to catch a glimpse of the latest trends and creative ideas, the event proved to be a spectacular showcase of creativity and talent.
Attendees were treated to an array of experiences, from catwalk displays featuring the season's hottest fashions to live makeovers encompassing hair, skincare, and clothing transformations including complete makeovers of two local residents. The show, which catered to both men and women, spotlighted the expertise of local independent stores including Hectors, Mimosa, Review Hair Salons and Halsa - further enhancing Petersfield's reputation for its great range of independent retailers. From chic streetwear to elegant evening attire and clothes for celebration events, the catwalk presentations offered something for everyone in the room .
“There’re was such a wonderful atmosphere," remarked Gabby O'Gorman, who attended the event. "The models were people we could really relate to and it was inspiring to see how they appeared in a wide range of styles."
Complementing the fashion and hair spectacle, attendees were treated during the interval to a delectable assortment of sweet and savoury canapés courtesy of The Natural Food Deli, adding a touch of culinary delight to the evening.
"We wanted to create an immersive experience that celebrates both fashion and beauty," explained Robert Ingram, one of the event organisers. "By collaborating with local businesses, we were able to showcase the incredible talent right here in Petersfield while offering guests a glimpse into the latest trends and techniques."
As the curtains closed on the Petersfield Hair & Fashion - Live Show, the buzz of excitement lingered in the air. And it was more than just a showcase of style, as it also raised £2,750 for The Rosemary Foundation,
